I recently visited Hollywood Tan for the first time to try out a spray tan that I had purchased through Groupon. The Groupon was for 2 spray tans for $19.00. I figured why not try it out for this price ($9.50 per spray tan). I was very upset to find out that Hollywood Tan claimed I had to activate my Groupon within a month of the original purchase date. There was nothing on my Groupon showing I needed to activate the Groupon nor was there anything on the Groupon website (even in the fine print) noting this activation.
