Absolutely horrible customer service!! In particular, our designer, Jaimie Witt, couldn't be bothered when we had an issue with the timing of our installation - they showed up late and not until they were on-site did they say it'd take twice as long to install as orginally indicated. She had zero response when asked how we could rectify the situation and her sole solution was to simply refund our money. She blatantly over-promised and, unfortunately, under-delivered.
