My last experience at this so called beauty supply store was terrible. First of all, they never have anything you are looking for and their prices are too high. There is also this younger guy who works there who is so rude whenever a costumer walks into the store. He never smiles and always looks at people like they are going to do something wrong. The other day I wanted to return something I bought from the owner 5 minutes before I re-entered the store and the young guy told me I did not buy it from their store. How ridicolous, I know.
