My boyfriend took my car here after an accident. I was a little nervous about it, but Charlie did a great job on the repairs, and did not pressure us into having any additional work done. He also went out of his way to make sure he was doing the best possible job for us and took a lot of stress off of me. For those of you who have had problems with getting ripped off at car places (and I have, too!), ask for a written estimate when you go in the first time!!!! We did, Charlie honored it within 10% and only did work AFTER we authorized it. Good comm
