I had a very bad experience at Lydia's. She was supposed to alter my daughter's wedding dress, press the dress and the veil and alter my dress as well. In addition she was to alter the dresses of 3 bride's maids. Every dress but 1 had problems. She never finished the back panel in the wedding dress, the veil and dress were not steamed or pressed and my dress opened up in the side seam during the ceremony.
