phoned in 2 eggplant parm sandwiches and a veal parm dinner w/ziti for pick-up. was told 15-20 minutes. twenty minutes later i was there for my food but it wasn't ready. i was told just another 2 minutes. that turned into another 20 minutes & i guess the eggplant parm sandwiches were ready when i got there because by the time i got home with the hot veal parm dinner, the sandwiches were totally soggy and just warm - THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY OR WANT TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!
