I have ordered a bass drum case from Just Drums. 1- They sent me the wrong size!! 2- I tried to call their customer service, but NO ONE ever picked up the phone. I tried about 8 times, around 5 and 6 pm, while the customer service is supposed to be open until 8 pm! It kept ringing no one ever answered. 3- I have sent them an email of complaint. Their answer was soooo RUDE: "I believe you have the wrong company." No hello, no sorry, no explaination, no answer about my case!! The customer service is NOT efficient and is very disrespec
