Rockford Outfitter's Customer Service is second to none! I had bought a knife through them for my husband. Somehow in transit the knife became damaged. I called them and the customer service lady, I think her name was Alicia, made me feel very satisfied by explaining to me they would replace the knife. The entire transaction transpired well before my husband's birthday and he LOVES his new knife! Thanks again, Sandy from WI
