I am a distributor and had an order, for a client, that needed a re-order of caps. My Embroiderer got the delivery of my caps and disappeared and left me without any product for my customer. After 2 weeks of not getting a response, I knew that my customer was more important the the cost of the caps and placed another order for caps.
