When they sold me my car, Broad Street agreed to perform a number of repairs before I drove it away, such as replacing old belts, installing a new battery, etc. I had to come back twice, because they didn't do what they promised the first time. In time I noticed that all of the repairs were sloppy half-measures -- cheap parts, improperly installed, etc. But once the papers were signed they acted like they didn't know me.
