No shade. Train Tracks only 50 feet away and runs all nite. Gravel with tar that tracks into camper and sticks to everything. Wifi and Cable included in $400 monthly rate, that we did not have for the entire month we stayed and no offer to give any kind of refund to more than a dozen campers that also went the entire month without both. No office nor anyone on property, only contact by phone, but will show up as soon as rent is due. Threats to kick campers off lot for complaining about the Wifi and Cable not getting turned on.
