Welcome to Select Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine's Tempe Greentree center! We are conveniently located off the I-10 and Warner Road in Tempe, and primarily serving South Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee and Maricopa and surrounding areas. We are pleased to now offer Alter-G, the anti-gravity treadmill for rehabilitation, performance-enhancement and weight loss. This program is available for both traditional patients as well as on a pay-per-use basis for non-rehab clients. Call today for more information! Our rehabilitation team includes Amanda Lasseter, physical therapist and center manager; Becky Busenbark, physical therapist; Becky Jacewicz, physical therapist; Kevin Haglund, physical therapist; Lisa Wozniak, patient services specialist; and the athletic training team working with Tempe and Chandler School Districts as well as Gilbert Christian HS and Scottsdale Christian Academy. We provide preventative, rehabilitative and performance-enhancing programs and services that maximize function and promote well-being in patients of all ages and abilities, from athletes and injured workers to weekend warriors, from pediatric to geriatric populations. We offer flexible hours to accommodate busy schedules, including Saturday hours. We typically offer appointments within 24 hours, often same-day to get you back on track in as short an amount of time as possible. Our individualized programs include personal hands-on treatment and exercise programs for injuries and conditions affecting the spine and extremities. We also offer evaluation and treatment of vertigo and balance disorders, in addition to aquatic therapy. We are an authorized retailer for Biofreeze, Thera-Band products, and Vasyli orthotics and footwear.
