The people in this office are great at very basic tax prep. Of course, you can do the basic stuff at home online for a lot less money. If you own properties, have investments, etc then the person I have gets lost and confused. These are not professional accountants and should not be expected to understand what an accountant knows. If you are willing to spoon feed the clerk, you should do ok.
