On Saturday May 13th 2010 I called Big Bear Cab company to order a taxi cab for a dinner reservation 5 of us had at 6:30pm. The girl who answered the phone said our cab would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called to check on the cab only to have the same girl answer and say "the cab is in route" and then hang up the phone. 15 minutes later I called again to check on the cab and the same girl answered the phone and started screaming at me telling me that I've already called 3 times now.
