I own a top-of-the-line Electrolux vacuum cleaner that needed a carpet-height sensor replaced. I was told it would be ready in one week. After 2 weeks (back from vacation), I went to pick-up my vacuum...I was told "it wasn't ready". The owner said it would be another week before the part would be in. Two weeks later I called them, and once again, said it wasn't ready...for the second time! Never once did they attempt to call ME to keep me apprised of the situation. Had a low-key, could care-less attitude. Bottom line -- Don't put yourself through this type of incompetence!
