Our stay at the Spruce Ridge Inn in Rockport, Maine, was great. We stumbled upon it as we traveled 2 miles South on Route 1 from Camden, looking for affordable, clean lodgings. The Inn sits up on a knoll overlooking the Bay. The owners greeted us at the door, and as we were taken to our room, we found out that the Spruce Ridge Inn had been acquired by the new owners in early 2008, and has been extensively remodeled.
