We bought a nicer, name-brand mattress box springs from this retailer less than a year ago. We went out of our way to shop at a locally-owned Roseburg business, in order to keep our money in the community. We were immediately happy with the service and low cost of delivery . . . and because of the discount, we bought the mattress as a factory second. Now, we were told that this mattress was a "second" because there were a few black smudges on one edge of the mattress and couldn't be sold as new because it was "dirty." Heck, we didn't care! Bu
