Was very disappointed with how the salon handled a situation with a hairstylist. I had made an appointment for an updo for my sons wedding over a month in advance. Two days before the wedding they had to cancel with no other stylist to fulfill the time slot. Was very inconvenient to try to find another stylist on such short notice.
