The bathroom vanity set of $1850 I ordered was delivered with significant breakage on the vanity top. This business demanded I wait for 30 calendar days for replacement. Their terms and conditions states if they cannot replace the damaged item, they will refund in full. However, after an extended wait of 6 weeks by now, I have not received a replacement or refund. While talking on the phone, the customer service representative lost temper and hang up.
