I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they are a little backed up and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock.
