I am a watch collector and an artisan jeweler. Time Wise has the greatest group of employees and the best prices on services and watches I have found. Over the last 10 years, I have bought two dozen watches from them (50% off of some Citizens all the time is seductive). They do things with problem watches in three days that another shop couldn't do in two months. They have an interesting selection of estate jewelry and watches as well. Their prices and discounts on retail jewelry feel like wholesale "friend" prices. I seldom buy jewelry anywhere else.
