I have found them to be undependable for the past two years in a row when it comes time to winterize/shut down my sprinkler system. I have had an annual contract(s) with them for these past two years, which INCLUDES the winterization visit/service. Last year, I had to call them 3 times to schedule an appointment, when they were up and down my street in my development numerous times--they have MANY accounts in the development where I live--and they contacted my neighbors for appointments, but NEVER contacted me. I finally got a hold of them--they DO NOT answer
