Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I don't think I have ever come across a such a rude and heartless person in my life. My friend was in a small accident that totaled her car around 5:45. She was taken in an ambulance to the hospital and was unable to grab her backpack(which had medication in it). She also noticed after the accident that the diamond from her engagement ring had popped out and she thought it might still be in the car. Once she was released from the hospital with no injuries fortunately, she called J.R. Enterprise to try and get her b
