unfortunately i was not as fortunate as some of the other reviewers. I got lock out of my home, I called this company and they told me it would be anywhere from $40-75 and the tech would be at my home in about 45 minutes to an hour. It took over 2 hours...it only took him about a minute to pick my lock and open my door and turned around and charged me 184.00. I called the company right away while he was still here and they had me had my phone over to him, and he stood there and lied and said that it was pretty difficult to open...I watched and he had no problems
