Since this Dunkin Donut location opened they for the most part do a decent job (although they seem to have problems determining what "a little cream" means. my big issue is the fact that they advertise frozen coolattas - the menu lists frozen coolattas - they even run specails on frozen coolattas - the joke is - the coolatta machine IS NEVER WORKING!!!!! Come on people get your act together, get a machine that works or learn to operate the one that you have.
