TWIGS ruined my son's wedding by no showing the day of the event. The wedding was planned and paid for months in advance. You cannot depend on this company. they take your money, then simply do no deliver. "Sorry" just doesn't cut it when the entire wedding party goes without thier bouquets. Their total lack of customer service is appalling. They are terrible. Do not trust them.
