We contacted Robin when it became apparent that we could not train our Maltese mix on our own, being first time dog owners. Robin's response to our e-mail request was prompt and she scheduled an appointment right away. her very reasonable fee is for one hour of training, but she always gives us more time at no charge, and we certainly appreciate that. Robin is extremely knowledgeable and has lots of experience and patience. her personality is very warm and kind. Robin has trained us to train our dog and we couldn't be more pleased. Scooter has made great progress
