Located on a two lane highway in rural Louisiana, Grayson's is in at least its second generation of ownership, and they have staff who have been there decades. The have great low and slow barbecue, and sell gazillions of smoked turkeys at holiday time. The menu is so basic I can quote it here: barbecue sandwiches, or plates with potatoe salad and baked beans. Dessert is usually a piece of homemade fudge for sale at the check-out.
