I do believe this is the same Tom's Auto service that runs out of the BP at 2952 River Rd. W., Goochland, VA. He also rents U-hauls. We had done business with him for two years and things were fine until recently.10/4/2013 we dropped the vehicle off using the overnight drop box. The next morning at 10:30 they called and told me the vehicle failed inspection. I told them I would pick it up before they closed at 12 noon. 15 minutes later, Tom the owner called back telling us he wanted to close early. We made payment for the inspection over the phone. Asked him twice
