Crystal is a true professional and very knowledgeable about dogs and animal behavior in general. Not only did she help me get through the toughest stages of training my puppy, but she also helped me resolve some issues I was having with my older dog and my cat who was pottying everywhere! You don't have to be rich to get private training. Her rates are more than fair. Her training works and we will use what she taught us for all of our future pets too. Scheduling was flexible and each session took as long as needed. She continues to stay in touch and give great advice
