Slow shipping! Poor customer service/communication. Placed part order online on July 25th, email recieved next day that order was processed. Did not receive parts until August 11th. Made two email inquiries and a phone call about status of shipment. First email was ignored. When I called to ask about status of shipment was told that there was a heatwave and that was why my order had not shipped. Hello! I'm aware of the heatwave, I live in Florida!
