From the warm friendly greeting you get as you walk in the door to the great tasting rib tips, spare ribs, hot links, brisket, pulled pork and BBQ chicken that are all slow roasted over real hickory and topped with a delightful homemade BBQ sauce. Besides the pit specialties, other menu treats include chicken wings, hand battered catfish, the amazing 1 1/2 pound hamburger, hoagies, hot dogs and polish sausages. Then there are the side dishe favorite from childhood memories like the mac and cheese, baked beans, collared greens, fries and cole slaw.
