My experience was as follows: I contacted Mr. Cowan, we set a time for me to bring my guitar in for a fret-job. On arrival he was very accommodating and interested in my playing style to assure that I got exactly what I needed. Well after a few short days I got just that! Impeccable accuracy and feel. His price was very competitive with all others and I always felt like he was always working towards excellence. Highly recommended.
