I wanted my dark hair highlighted with foils and get a caramel (soft light brown) color and ended up with my hair being ashy brown and light blonde color. I was so upset I paid for the service but really felt I shouldn't have. Obviously the girl had no clue to deal with my hair, its sad that anyone can get a license just to screw your hair up. She could've said she didn't know how to deal with my curly thick hair. I would've been fine with that reply and found someone who could.
