DO NOT bring your watches or jewelry to Nigrellis to be repaired or sized! I brought my expensive watch to Nigrellis to be fitted and they broke all of the ceramic links they removed and even chipped one on the watch! When I asked them about it, they told me too bad, things happen. Totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. The staff was very rude and unfair about the issue. If you have any jewelry or watches that have meaning to you, please take my advice and do not bring them to Nigrellis because they will break and ruin your property and take no respons
