Gene is very honest, polite, and knowledgeable. He immediately recognized legitimately problematic conditions with my well water system. It had not been installed correctly and a number of changed out switches laying around the tank was evidence that there would be an on-going expense of burned out switches. He said that if it were left the way that it was, I would be replacing the pump in about 5 years, as well.
