I am almost completely out of my colostomy supplies and these people, decided that if you have Medicaid and Medicare that you need to pay up front for your supplies. I don't know how many of you know this but colostomy supplies are not cheap and someone on medicaid cannot afford to pay cash up front for their supplies it can run up to 3 or 4 hundred a month, also on medicaid you don't make enough to have a credit card and be able to live. I would recommend using anyone but Arroyo if you can get around them at all. I solved the issue by using a mail order company
