My experience with this Cooperative was very horrible it appeared to be a smart decision at the time because the word ownership was the key, but Management and other members act as though they own you , privacy was an issue for me they entered units without permission, maintenance was crooked as well they used maintenance as means to gain access to units to snoop and be nosey esp. with members who did not attend their stupid meeting which was a waste of time because no matter how much complainting was mad issues were never resolve it was a total waste of my time, my
