We took our car in for a simple fix. That afternoon we were told by Robert that they broke a door part and had to order it. Robert told us 30.00 a day for a loaner. Carl " the manager" stated they would not offer a loaner even though they had the car for 3 days. Kia corporate stated they should have evaluated it on a case by case basis and offered the loaner car. 2 visits now and it's still not fixed as they had to order "more" parts. We have been assured that the next time will only take about an hour to an hour and a half. This dealer is not trustworthy and has
