When I go and donate, at least three times a month they can't find my chart. During the Q & A screening, no questions are never asked. They just ask if things have changed. People constantly chew gum and use their cell phones during the donation even though there are rules not allowing it. Nobody is enforcing these rules. And the plasma center is not doing anything about it. Robert Bost
