unprofesional, rude,slow been there 3 times he seems to only pay attention to his regulars, i guess he doesn't need new business, took days to try to make a motorcycle keys couldn't get it done and then just threw in the counter because he was too busy, took a whole 10 mins to have it done in abq from someone that knows their craft
