This restaurant has been my 'ace-in-the-hole' for out of town guests for several years but its too good for me to keep it as my own 'private' restaurant forever. Los Mayas is superb - family recipes prepared and served by caring people who WANT you to enjoy both the food and the environment. Margaritas are excellent and la musica every night is not to be missed - in the summer there's the patio and the cozy interior during other times of year.
