To my surprise, the food served was fresh and the service was unbelievably delightful. I had a hard time believing I was in a clinic. Once I placed my order, "having it my way" I was isntructed to be seated while my food was prepared. I played with the various games left on the table and listened to the soothing music. My food was brought out to me by a very pleasant waitress after she showed the plate for approval to Mama vega herself. I offered to pay and the waitress said I should pay after I finished my meal.
