Since the site would not allow me to remove my previous review, I wanted to update any readers as to my interaction with Kinderbugs. The director actually emailed me to discuss the situation. She was mature, calm, and very honest regarding the difficulty we had with the school, and I was duly impressed with her committment to her preschool and the vision she has for early education. If we can reach an agreement, I will be trying Kinderbugs again for my son. I appreciate the director's committment to open communication.
