Horrible mainly due to the receptionist, Shanna, who had a bad attitude towards not only me but the other customers that I saw who entered the spa. I was given a gift card to this spa and was about to place my membership here. Otherwise I would've had a perfect experience. She needs to be corrected on how to treat customers.
