The absolute worst place of business out there!!! I have a three year old who wears glasses and have had to have them replaced a few times. My insurance company requires a form be faxed to them in order to replace glasses and here I sit 29 hours later and they still have not faxed that paper to my insurance company!! Is it that hard to fax a piece of paper? And apparently me telling them that I have a 3yr old that keeps crying and telling me she cannot see really doesn't matter to them.
