Specific Heating really came through for us. We were having furnace problems again, and were hoping it would be a simple repair. They arrived right on time at 9 am for the service call. Unfortunately, this time we were not so lucky. The service tech told us that we would need a new one, just our luck my husband was just laid off the week before. The expense of a new furnace really was not in our budget. The tech was so informative asking us what we wanted out of the furnace, such as how long we planned to live in the house, ect.
