I had a confirmed appoint for this afternoon at 12pm but no one has shown up, nor has anyone called me. I called the business number but there is not answer. The first time I had InTune tune my piano, in September, 2009 I had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed up so I thought that maybe it would be the same this time, but now it has been an hour and still no one is here and no phone call telling me that someone is going to be late or that the appointment can not be made.
