I booked a package of services and came out feeling like a new woman! Their infrared sauna is great, because it gets you perspiring at much lower temperatures. I was reluctant to try it because I typically feel like I can't breathe at temperatures of 140-150 degrees. This Solaris Sauna only gets to 120 degrees max, it felt gentle and penetrating, like sitting in the sun. It is also private, so you don't have to get naked in front of a bunch of people!
