last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fix it. He also went over and educated us on locks and security features for our future house. I'm surprised to be one of the first reviewing them. I used them twice already - a simple lock change, and now I had them replace my window locks which were rotting away. The whole interaction was pretty smooth all the way. I was quoted the exact amount I paid. Guy arrived on set time and did a good job for all i know.
